Chickenpox Vaccine
Chickenpox vaccination is available for anyone over 12 months old who hasn’t previously had the infection or vaccine. It helps protect against catching chickenpox and lowers the chance of complications. Price from £80 per vaccine.
What to
consider
-
Our service is available for individuals aged 12 months and over who have never had chickenpox or received the vaccine. The vaccine helps protect against infection and can lower the chances of complications.
It is particularly recommended for adults who have not previously had chickenpox, those planning a pregnancy who are not immune, and individuals with weakened immune systems.
-
When you arrive, a trained clinician will carry out a short consultation to confirm the vaccine is suitable for you. They will ask about your medical history, allergies, and any current medications.
Once everything is confirmed, the vaccine will be given as a quick injection, usually into the upper arm.
